I usually have a good experience here but this last one will keep me from returning to "Dixie" anything unless resolved. An employee by the name of Tricia made a rude and authoritative comment to my husband in the store about his hoodie on a 41 degree F day (2/13/18). When he arrived at the register, he took his hood off and quietly asked her about it. she reprimanded him, pointing out a sign on the door and refusing to serve him. When I called to question the issue, she told me that she didn't "have to deal with this, b***h." She said that she'd be happy to get a negative review when I told her my intentions and hung up on me. I called back to get the manager's number, but it was Tricia who answered and no one is answering the manager's number I was given. Will go out of my way to avoid.
