When Mr. Kinney came out to my house I had high hopes. But as the days turned into weeks I knew I had been had. First you will have a huge trailer parked outside your house for the length of the job. It is a "mobile workshop" but what it really is is a junky trailer full of tools and trash. He also charges you for himself and at least one worker and charges as if they are both certified plumbers. This worker didn't know the difference between a Phillips and a flat head screwdriver. He is just a gopher and I'm not kidding he would have him go get one tool at a time. The only thing that is consistent is that Mr. Kinney will make sure he delivers his weekly bill every Friday afternoon and expect to get paid then and there so he can "get to the bank before it closes." He will also waste time getting "quality" materials which translates to "I'll drive far away so I can charge you more for my time." This job went way over budget and the time and he charges too much for what you get. avoid!

Mr. Kinney did a wonderful job on our house and he has come out on emergency plumbing on the weekend! We have used him ever since our neighbor recommended him.
