K&W Cafeterias is a family-owned restaurant that serves more than 100 food items, such as sausage patties, pancakes, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, cheese grits, stewed apples, eggs and assorted breads. The restaurant also offers special meals for children that include chopped steaks, chicken fingers, spaghetti and baked beef macaroni. Additionally, the restaurant provides party trays and platters. Its beverages include beer, tea and milk. K&W Cafeterias offers gift cards, tumblers, coffee mugs and lapel pins. It also provides special meal packages for groups. The restaurant, with a location in Asheboro, N.C., also operates food outlets in several parts of South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

Can count on them

This is a cafeteria style dinning experience, nothing special. Don't freak out when they charge you for butter because they will. Around here we call it Canes and Walkers because mostly the geriatric set eat there and amazingly enough they close at 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays!
