Company is nice when they are trying to get you to sign their contract as a subcontractor\employee. But beware. Make sure to read the ENTIRE contract. There are alarming clauses: if you do not complete your first 2 weeks, then you do not get paid. If you do not finish your entire contract term then you have to PAY THEM the cost it takes to find a replacement. They do NOT offer direct deposit and your first paycheck will take 5 weeks to arrive. Pay days are on the 1st and 15th but the check always take 5 business days to arrive. They do not mail it until that payday and if it is on a weekend, they do not mail it until the next non-holiday business day. If none of that is a problem, then everything is fine.
