Called Gil Macamaux with what appeared to be an emergency situation & he responded within 30 minutes. Gil was courteous, professional & took the time to thoroughly explain the problem in a manner that was easily understood. I thought he was very fair in his pricing & would recommend him 100%.

The guys at this company are fantastic. Called them on a snowy cold Saturday with an emergency in a tenants house. They showed up thirty minutes later, debugged the problem and pumped the tank on the spot. Explained that our access was only the inspection spot and dug out our main access hatch to make sure the tank was pumped clean. Told us we could by a new rise and he would stop by and set it for us. Came back by on Monday and set it no charge! Super nice guys and fast effiecient teamwork.

I give Macamaux Septing Pumping the highest of recommendation! I must have spoken to about four other septic pumping companies for a price quite before calling Gil at Macamaux Septic Pumping. Not only did he give me the least expensive price quote, but he literally showed up 5 minutes later to pump my septic tank! Now, that's customer service! He gave us many tips on how to maintain our septic tank correctly, informed us that we need to clean the filter every year, and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with.
