Terrible, terrible, terrible. Expensive. Fire alarms clanging all night. No amenities (like glasses in the room!!). Elevators don't work. Friendly but ineffective, very young staff. Broken out windows in the back rooms of the hotel - just drive around back to see. Fire Marshall said they have hundreds of safety violations. Scary. Stairs blocked. Rotten food on the fourth floor. Unbelievably bad.
The glory days when celebrities including Judy Garland, Johnny Cash and scores of others stayed and played here are coming back! Rennovations are still in order at this long time favorite but there's great value for the money here and great views of the ocean.
