I'm not impressed with the new director. She is rude, not friendly, and only cares about numbers. She has no compassion. I would strongly advise against frog hollow. The new director needs to go back to where she came from. We are pulling our children ASAP.

My family could not be more happy with Frog Hollow. The program is great! My children continue to learn so much every day! The director and staff are very friendly and helpful! I have no worries when my children are at Frog Hollow because I know that they are in great hands!!

My family attends frog hollow and we are looking to change. Whenever we have a question the director is never in the office and no one can ever tell us where she is. The four year old room in the morning has a lot of yelling from the teachers. The one teacher never looks happy. Downstairs it seems the teachers are talking to each other a lot. For the amount of money we are paying its not very good quality. Frog hollow is not very organized.

We are very disappointed in Frog Hollow. Amy recently left and there is a new director and families don't ever see her. The office door is always shut, she does not greet, talk to parents or make you feel welcomed. No matter how busy Amy was she always made time for the families. When you would walk in, there use to be alot of kids, but now there are not that many. There are many new faces and different people everyday. Nothing is the same. I think Frog Hollow's "buisness" decision was the worst mistake ever. I don't know how the business is not suffering.... to tell you the truth it's what they deserve.

My children will be leaving Frog Hollow very soon. They have a new director and she is not very good. I don't know what they were thinking by bring her in. Everyone misses Amy. The new director does not make you feel welcomed, keeps the door closed all the time and there is no communication. I know of a lot of people that have left or are leaving. They really hurt their business and reputation. What were they thinking? I have recommended a lot of people to Frog Hollow, but not anymore, they screwed themselves. I don't blame Amy for leaving, but parents and the children really miss her. The business clearly does not care for their families and teachers or they would never have made such a stupid mistake.
My kids went to Frog Hollow on Asbury for the last nine years. They have always loved it and a lot of the same staff were still there from their younger years. Every other parent I have talked to has always been happy with the staff and the kids have all (not just mine) love Miss Amy as their Pre-K teacher. As of last week, I have heard through the grapevine and never from the center operators directly that they are moving in someone else to teach Pre-K. My kids will never again step foot in that building. What the management of the operation is doing I have no idea, she has been the best teacher they have had there. Amy cares for those kids like they are her own. I have also heard that many of the other staff may leave. It is the staff that makes a daycare/preschool not writing on the wall. Believe me, when it's YOUR CHILD you want to leave them with someone you trust.

My children attend Frog Hollow and they love it. I stop in and see my child through out the day, and the teachers are engaged with the children and I have never seen any of the following from the other review. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone!

To those that say its a great place. THE ASBURY location is where my child goes. They single this child out, put this child with children in the smaller play area with children 2 years younger. They SQUEEZE a child's cheeks together as part of the discipline. I have heard/seen first hand the way these teacher treat the children. I have heard the negative sounding, impatient, and frankly mean voice of one of the teachers tell a child she could not go outside...the child JUST asked...COME ON!! Its a KID for GODs sake. The do have the same teachers, however, they shuffle children from room to room with little thought of the impact this has on them. My child is shuffled from one age group to another... (Yes I am being vague about incidents because I can Guarantee that there would be repercussion against my child...as there are right now.... Whats funny is my child is one of the ones that is favored...or was at one time...GOD help the child that is the "Black Sheep")

They read, dance, review flash cards, play outside, pick up their own toys, paint, and color everyday. This is a great place to send any child. They can't help but learn.
