Dear Sirs:We were surprised and pleased with quick and thorough service from Piper Friday afternoon, 2 May. We called another company first and were told they do not give weekend service unless it is an emergency. To us this felt like an emergency – our son and daughter-in-law and two toddlers were flying in from an overseas trip in 36 hours and two circuits, impacting kitchen living room and garage door, were not working in their home.My husband called Piper. Marco said he thought he might be able to help us but would have to call back. In three minutes he did and said that a truck was in the South area, it would be at our kids’ home in about twenty minutes. Sure enough, in twenty minutes, Dan walked through the door.
