Called them regarding my broken washing machine....the repairman was standing on my doorstep 90 minutes later. Within the next hour, he diagnosed the problem, ran to the supply store to pick up the part he needed, and ultimately had the machine in full running order!!

Service was great, tech was on time(actually came 10 minutes early); Steve had my oven working within 30 minutes!! I was pleased with their service.

My husband and I own 3 condo units. We had a problem with two admiral dryers at separate addresses. We contacted a few other companies and were told that it would be 2-3 days til they could get there. We also had previously used another company which I won't name here and they ripped us off. Yesterday we called Smith Brothers and the came right to the condo, and looked at both units, one they were able to fix the same day and the other they needed to take to their shop. They assured us that we would get it back by the end of the week. Knock at the door an hour ago and they have it fixed already, NEXT DAY! Very honest, quick turnaround, and polite, estimate was higher then what they actually charged us! He sat down and had a coffee with us and explained the bill. We will be using Smith Bros. again for sure!
