- At the Victorian Pitkin Conrow Estate, we provide flexible wedding packages that allow the bride and groom to hand-pick their desired service providers to create a personalized wedding experience. The versatile packages allow for unlimited choices for ceremony style, floral designs, and more. Unlike other wedding sites, you are not obligated to use an appointed officiant. Ceremonies have a capacity of 300. The price ranges from $1500 to $2500. Ceremony packages include 3 hours of site use and a 1 hour rehearsal time on the Friday before the event. Seating is provided for 200 (additional chairs can be rented.) Two changing rooms are provided in the historic bunkhouses. The floral designer of your choice provides ceremony decorations. Parking for 300 is provided. PRICE RANGE A deposit payment of 25% is required upon booking. An additional 25% is required 60 days prior to the event. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable.
