Our family has spent over $1,500 in the last 4 months at this store on various pets and supplies. We buy crickets here weekly. The last few times we have gone in we have purchased 150 crickets and they are gone in 3 or 4 days. Our Beardie eats between 15-20 crickets a day. We are clearly not getting the amount of crickets that we are paying for. The cost is not the point, it's the frequency of our trips to a shop that closes @ 6PM. Tonight, my husband brought this up with the clerk, who said yes beardies can eat that much. My husband says they may be able to but ours does not. My husband expressed frustration to which she replied. I'm frustrated by you too, in fact why don't you buy crickets somewhere else. This woman is the OWNER. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I don't understand how she would treat us this way after all of the money we have spent at her store. Lady - you give small businesses a bad name. I'lll start buying my crickets and supplies at PetsMart, save money and receive better custom
