I give the manager the kodos for doing all she can to help people. She understands peoples concerns and tries to make the process easier. She understands that the interest can be overwelming but encourages her customers on how to pay it off . She is truely an asset to the company because she is the only reason I go there. Their interest rate is rediculous and I have seen customers scream at her over their payment but she stays calm and some how manages to calm them down. I have seen her go through some tough times with this company but she still treats her customers like people. She does care,
