After many years of going here. I am changing offices. They charged me no show fees, that they claim their so called automated service called and notified me. Then they go and reschedule me without notice. Love the Doctor. but, the office needs to realize that the auto call doesn't work. Tried to explain but, they pretty much called me the fibber.

I have been to Arnold Family Medicine many times and think this is a wonderful facility to take yourself or your family. The doctor at this facility is wonderful and helpful. The staff is the best!
