General Info
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and maintain a private practice in Arnold, Maryland. I am also the Co-Director of the holistic health and psychotherapy group practice. I am an interactive, solution focused therapist integrating a variety of methodologies to help you to effectively and quickly address the concerns that brought you into therapy. I often work with a very special assistant named Blossom. Blossom is a certified therapy dog and is very helpful in setting the tone for our sessions. Blossom is also an expert in play therapy. With a securely fenced yard at my office people often bring their dogs to have a play therapy hour with Blossom.

All I can say is that I feel truly fortunate that my friend told me about her positive experience working with Mary. I was seeing someone else for help with anxiety and panic attacks and getting no where. I switched to seeing Mary and within a few sessions the panic and anxiety was almost completely gone. Her skill level and ability to make a person feel safe and in control are really top notch.
