Awful. My daughter had the WORST case of DISCRIMINATION happen here. This pharmacy is full of arrogant, rude pharmacists.

Outstanding service. Always treat individuals as valued customers ... not just a number. Provides unique services (e.g., home delivery, dosage packs). Always willing to intervene/interact with insurance and health care providers to help customers. When you're feeling poorly it's so comforting to have someone looking out for your interests.

I have to get my cat's medicine and the vet called it in to this pharmacy. The people are really great and helpful

I love this pharmacy. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my prescription and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had to go to CVS on Riva Road for a emergency prescription for my son and the experience I had was awful. I will never go to another pharmacy again. Arnold Pharmacy also has delivery available if you have an elderly parent you are caring for.

Neil & his staff have been my pharmacist & pharmacy for years. I wouldn't use anyone else. They help when there is a problem. They get things covered. They do the work so I don't have too and that is huge when you feel so poorly. They are kind, considerate ,professional & knowledgeable. They all go above & beyond & never make you feel like you are asking to much. Neil and his team are just the best team you can ask for in a Pharmacy! I would usually go to Safeway, however after hearing great things about Neil, decided to give them a shot. Not only were they super nice and helpful, he filled it on the spot, knowing my son was in the car. Normally would have to drop off and wait 45mins-1hr or come back later. I will be going to Arnold Pharmacy from now on.
