Don't recommend living here. Live next to noisy neighbors, have complained several times and they have not done anything about it. Pretty much told us to deal with it and call the cops if they are disturbing after the noise ordinance time. Mold in all our Windows, sprayed kilz on it after waiting 3 weeks fir them to do something. And they didn't even clean the window before. Parking is horrible, no assigned spots unless you pay an extra $20 bucks a month. Have to pay $25 a month pet rent per animal. The one star is because the size of the apartments are okay for the price.
