Rachel Ann Maxwell, PA-C practices Urgent Care at Skagit Regional Health. She received her PA from the Lock Haven University is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Paula sees patients at all three Urgent Care locations. Rachel is part of a multi-specialty team of healthcare professionals serving northwest Washington, dedicated to serving with compassion and respect, one patient at a time.
