Wouldn't honor coupon on a new rental because I was a current renter. They said it was for new customers even though the coupon only states new rental. So for the $60 I would have saved on a new 5 x 10 unit they just lost a customer of 5 years on both units, $215 / month just went down the street for the next 5 years.
