• Estate Planning
  I have worked in the trusts and estates field since 1977, as both a trust banker and a trusts and estates attorney. Most of the trusts for which I serve as Trustee are special needs trusts. I am a member of The Special Needs Alliance, a national group of attorneys serving the legal needs of persons with disabilities, and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
• Trusts
  As a long time resident of Northern Virginia, I am dedicated to serving the Northern Virginia community. I am an active volunteer with The Arc of Northern Virginia and serve as pro bono counsel for the pooled special needs trust sponsored by that organization. Previously, I served on the Board of Directors of Capital Hospice, Governing Board of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar, and I am a past president of both the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Northern Virginia chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
