Strategic Investment Group is a group of registered investment advisers founded in 1987 by the former senior pension-investment team of the World Bank. The firm has expanded its expertise in areas such as investment management; plan administration; fiduciary concerns; and regulatory constraints. The mission of Strategic Investment Group is to develop customized investment solutions for institutional and private investors. The Strategic team collaborates with clients on individualized policy setting; assumes comprehensive investment and risk management responsibilities; provides dedicated client service; and performs all back-office services. The company control costs throughout the investment management process with focused contract negotiations; administrative, custodial and trust oversight; and careful control of transactional expenses. Strategic Investment Group is headquartered in Arlington, Va.
