All I ask for is a dependable answer and you don't get one from this place. I had another car go through here for the State Inspection and spend money to bring the car up to full compliance. I take another car in and I was told they no longer do state inspections, but only emissions. I then happen to see the gentleman who had worked on my car and he said they could do the state inspection and to leave my car. When I picked up the car, they had not gotten to it and to come back this morning. I did that and I was told come back an hour later and at that time, just now, the inspector said come back in another hour. As a business person, you have to make a decision to please the customer or give them an informed answer. I wasted several hours trying to deal with this at this gas station and would much rather have just been told simply they could not do it that they could not get to it for a certain period of time.

I took my car in for a simple oil change. I was driving on 66 and my oil light came on. I pulled over and all the oil was leaking. He tightened it too much. I took my car back and he wouldn't do anything about it. He doesn't stand behind his work. Not a friendly place. I will never take my car there.

I took my Jetta there last year and the service was terrible. He overcharged me and told me he would put my side panels for free, but just screwed them in and it looked horrible. It looked like a tank after he was done. I wouldn't take my car there ever again.
