Operational for more than 30 years, Sport & Health runs various locally owned and operated clubs in the states of Maryland and Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C. It organizes a range of sports activities, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, squash, tennis, wrestling and handball. The club conducts several health and fitness activities, such as martial arts, exercise classes, yoga, weight management training and massage sessions. Sport & Health also provides ballroom, belly, studio, salsa, strip and Scottish highland dancing sessions for couples and children. The club additionally offers personal training in boxing, karate, gymnastics and spinning, as well as a range of rehabilitative services. In addition, it runs heart enhancement and body rolling programs. Sport & Health maintains one of its locations in Arlington, Va.
