In late April 2011 Sichuan Hot Pot comes to Arlington with the opening of Mala Tang in Virginia Square. Owner and Sichuan Master Chef Liu Chaosheng, known for his fiery culinary style featuring the famous Sichuan pepper, will oversee the kitchen and menu.
