I use this limo service dc on a regular basis. Ive been with them for over two years now and in short, superior quality. I always ride in a sedan to and from the airport. Very reasonably priced, prompt and professional in every aspect of their service. I highly recommend.

I read a lot of horror stories about limo companies but I had no problems with this one. They were easy to work with, got us to where we needed to be on time and our driver was really nice. Nothing else to say but they did their job without a hitch!

ING Limousine was so easy to work with. Our limo driver was so nice and personable. We had to changed our plans of where we were going to take pictures because of weather and he was so easy going about it, he went out of his way to make sure my dress did not get dragged in the mud because it was wet outside and if we ever need a limo again I will definitely be booking from them and asking for the same driver because he really seemed to enjoy what he did and his outlook was so genuine. I also worked with Brian to book the limo and she was so sweet and always got back to me promptly. Overall a wonderful experience working with them!

I rented the 14 passenger LIncoln Town Car from ING Limousinec, John was our driver, and I cannot say enough GREAT things about him. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me (the bride). Never left my side, and always made sure I was happy, asked if there was anything I needed him to do, when we arrived at the church, he went in ahead, after he established the coast was clear, he took me to my waiting room, then he proceeded to my wedding coordinator and asked if there was anything he could do to help. My wedding coordinator had him wait at the doors of the church, and open them when I was ready to enter with my Dad. I've just never experienced such professionalism above and beyond the call of duty... I will (and have) use ING anytime I am in need of limo transportation....

We were very pleased with the service offered by ING Limousine. We had a change in flight time and had to add another stop to the trip. On the return flight I requested to depart an hour early from the hotel. All of my changes were accomidated with no problem. Dan is very professional. If we are lucky enough to return to DC again, I will definetly use ING Limo for our transportation. The Limo we used for pickup from National and the Towncar we used for our return to Dulles were both very nice, clean and comfortable. Dan was a great driver and offered great conversation. I can't say enough about ING Limo, everyone in the party (8) enjoyed their service. Thanks again for making our travel flawless.

We used ING for our wedding and our experience was perfect. They were on time, the cars were beautiful and drivers were very professional. They knew exactly where they were going , directed me what to do at the church and the fact that I did not have to think about anything was reassuring. The cars were fully stocked as stated and the everthing was perfect with the car. I could not ask for a better limousine service. I used ING for my wedding in March. The limo driver got lost on the way to the country club where the wedding was held at, I called him after my bride called me, and he would not pick up the phone. I called her back and she had to tell him to answer my calls. Then once they arrived he refused to pull into to the drive at the cottage at the country club where my bride was changing into her wedding dress. Dropped her and the bridesmaids off in the street and took off in such a hurry her shoes were still in the back. I had the driver turn around to bring them back, which he was not happy about, then go and pick up my mother-in-law.After the wedding he took my mother-in-law and her sister back to their hotel and she confirmed he was returning to pick up my bride and myself. He stated he knew nothing about having to go back and get us. I contacted the office to let them know, but the manager has not returned any of my calls. Everyone told me the driver was rude and snappy with them.

Driver was extremely professional yet extremely friendly and personable. Highly recommend. The price was the best out of about 10 places we had check..We would definitely use them again and suggest you do the same if you are looking for a great limousine service at the best price.

Mike handled our email inquiry regarding quotes, size of limo, etc. promptly. My hausband and I drove to Arlington to meet Mike and to fill out the paper work. We hired the limo for our son's wedding which was last Saturday, 3/22. Robert was the driver. The bride, groom and the bridal party individually came to us later in the evening to comment on Robert's professionalism, patience and over all concern/care of them during the day, as well as all the great amenities in the limo! They had a great time! We will keep Mike and company in mind when an event calls for a limo and would highly recommend ING Limo Service in DC Metro Area to others.

The driver called me to confirm he was waiting for me at the terminal. He checked the flight status and found out my gate changed at the last minute. I have used several companies previously to ING Limousine and NONE of them ever checked my gate status. The driver was polite and on time. I will use them in the future because having peace of mind about transportation after a long flight is one less thing to worry about. Thanks ING!

If there was a rating higher than "5 Stars" then this is the company that deserves it. They provided great service with a last mintue notice. They went way beyond thier way to make sure my husband was able to have a great birthday celebration. Our driver was right on time and made us feel like one of the family... I took my girlfriend out for Valentine's day and ING limousines made it the perfect night. It was easy to make last minute reservations, the prices were competitive, if not cheaper than almost anything I found, and the service was top notch. Our driver showed up 10 minutes early, introduced himself, and was extremely courteous, friendly, and sociable. In addition, the car was immaculate. The driver even helped us with some local recommendations for good evening spots. Easy and pleasing experience the entire way. I will DEFINITELY be using ING again.

We used ING Limousine for service to BWI Airport. It was a surprise to our children. You can just imagen their faces when they saw the limo pull up and stop in front of our house. Our whole neighborhood turned out to wish us a safe trip. Our driver Frank was on time and wonderful. You can't beat the price! The company representative was very good. They took a copy of ou travel itinerary and that was it, they did the rest. The driver was prompt and courteous. Even had some cold water for us knowing we had come back from Miami, figured we could use them.

My family and I just used ING Lim service. We had a 6 am pickup to Dulles International Airport. Our driver couldn't have been nicer. He even remembered the glasses for our Champagne at that hour. It was a great start to a great Vegas week! And as far as we are concerned we will never drive our own cars home after a vacation either. The price makes it a no-brainer. Arrive home stress-free, especially after a long flight.

I have hired this company for my son's birthday and I can say that all the kids without exception were so excited about the beautiful experience they had; the driver was on time, courteous and very patient with the kids; the car ( Hummer) was really one of a kind; I had a chance to take a look inside and it is very unique.
