Dr. Jae Kim grew up in the Northwest, starting his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington which he then completed at Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, California. Dr. Kim received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California with honors. Dr. Kim joins us with a wealth of dental knowledge and experience having completed advanced training in Pediatric, Orthodontic, Oral Surgery, and Implantology, as well as General and Cosmetic Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Kim was one of the few dental students selected to serve as a student clinical instructors, teaching anesthetic techniques and restorative dentistry to fellow dental classmates and underclassmen. Dr. Kim has been and is heavily involved in dental outreach programs, from supervising numerous mission trips to Mexico, free dental care to the Navajo communities in New Mexico, Compassion Clinics via his alma mater, and locally through his church. He has also travelled to Dominican Republic to provide dental care and education to its underserved population. Dr. Kim is as compassionate about his patients' needs as he is passionate about dentistry. From his gentle hands to his exceptional bedside manners, Dr. Kim is committed to providing the highest quality of dental care that his patients need and or desire. Dr. Kim is a firm believer of the simple yet timeless principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated oneself, which he feels starts from the moment you schedule to meet him. As a meticulous clinician, Dr. Kim enjoys staying up to date with the ever changing field of dentistry and being able to implement the latest advancements in dental care for his patients is of utmost importance to him.
