I have had or rather had a bunion for three years. One, literally, ONE hip adjustment and it is nearly gone. The swelling in my right big toe went away. What remains is a far gentler protusion and who knows? a few more visits and it may be gone... Regardless, VERY VERY VERY happy about the immediate benefits... highly recommended.
