Upon reading some reviews, I thought I would write on telling my many experences at Arlington Auto Care. I started going there about when I moved to the area in May 08 . I have had at least 5 oil ( I have 3 cars) changes very quick and good quality work. Very good at communicating any problems found and any recommendation for futrure repair. I have a timming belt done on my camry and brakes done on my vw there. ALways very satisfied with the work. Have and Always will recommend people to them !!!

My car started to over heat, so I drove it into Arlington Auto Care. First let me say I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They Wrote me up and gave me a ride to my house (8 miles Away !) . I have never been there before, and read some of the comments online, but the end result of my experience there was top notch !!! Needed my water pump replaced. Also looked the car over and suggested things I might need in the future. They didn't try to pressure me into anything just suggested what I might need in the future. The thing I like the most, They showed me on the car what they suggested . I have never been to a repair place that so openly invite you out and answer any question about you car. I have and will continue to recommend Arlington Auto Care to everyone I know !!!

I went to Arlington Autocare for a state inspection and it needed new rear brakes. And then they proceeded to attempt to convince me that I had to have the break work done THERE I not could take the car off the premises. I knew this to be untrue and I took the car to a different mechanic. Arlington Autocare said that if I brought back the paperwork showing the brakes had been replaced they would give me my inspection sticker for just $1 (rather than having to pay to have the inspection done over again from the beginning). I went today to do this. I could not park in their "inspection line" of cars because the back 1/3 of my car would have been out in Wilson Blvd. I had been waiting inside for 15 min and a woman was able to park in the "inspection line" because she drove a bug. The attendant said that she was now "ahead of me" and Id have to wait for her to go first (because of where shed been able to park). He said he simply could NOT tell her I was there first. Poor customer service!!

Well upon reading some reviews online about this place I had mixed feelings. But after having my car repaired there no more doubts!!!! They are very friendly and priced competitively. I bought tires and had my front brakes done. Not the cheapest brake price but they do use original equipment brake pads, No more noise yea !!!!! I dropped my car off and spoke with Jesus and he said they will call with an est. when they look at the car. Later that day Ray called back gave me the price and the time it would be done. Both were very personal people which made it nice. Well guess what, it was done on time and the exact price I was quoted. Very nice to deal with a place that cares about there customers !!!!! Would recommend to all my friends

they fixed the problem, but charged way too much

had an electric problem where the dashboard would stop functioning. arlington autocare replaced the ignition switch and the problem went away. however, they charged 630$ !! i went online and found the ignition switch for 90$, but on the invoice they charged me 185$. very expensive, not sure i will go back to them.
