This is the worst health care establishment I have ever attended. When I tried confirming my appointment it gives an option for "send address". I requested the address, and it sent me to Mesquite when the appointment was at their office off of Webb Chapel and 635. This was the first appointment I had with them. It took another month to get a second appointment. That went well. The third appointment also went well. The 4th appointment was a follow-up for the third and I was told to go to Mesquite, when my appointment was at the north Dallas location. It took me less than 20 minutes to get from mesquite to the location and the lady told me the doctors had left for the day and no one could see me. If I wanted an appointment that wasnt 3 weeks out I'd have to go to the Arlington location.
Once at the appointments I tent to arrive 15 minutes early for their convenience, but am never called back on time and it is usually 15-25 minutes after the appointment until I am called back.
