I took my car in because 2 cables from the radiator were leaking which they fixed. Roughly 2 weeks after the repair, I opened the hood for the first time since the repair to check the coolant level and the coolant cap was missing! First, they lied to me and claimed the repair was 2 months ago. I went to the dealer and bought a new coolant cap for $26. Then I printed out my credit card report to prove it was around 2 weeks and I asked them for a refund on the $26 and they said no. They also told me the coolant cap has nothing to do with repairing a radiator hose!!! Hmmm, if it is leaking, perhaps it could have needed more coolant????
