Super nice place! They have great beds, low prices, awesome air brush tanning amd the girls there are very sweet and dont ever make me feel pressured into buying lotions and stuff and there wasnt a start up fee for me to do the automatic billing! Easy Peasy =) been tanning there for 3 years! - Shannon

I am a huge tanner! I moved to Arl in 08 & tried Palm Beach, Planet Beach, Golds Gym, Cancun Tan & Tan Spa. Tan Spa really stuck out bc of they where lower then all the others & had $0 start up fee unlike the others. The staff is really nice, the facility is super clean, & their beds are great. I also got the air brush tan & it looked so natural & great! I have been tanning there since 08 & still am today!
I have been a customer with Tan Spa for years now and have always had a great experience with them. One incident curd the day before Easter and it has been on my mind ever since so I thought I would share my frustration. One afternoon I walked in for a tan and she told me I had 5 tan's left. I was confused on that because I was willing to pay. I told her let me know if it comes out different. The same thing happened the next day. I asked my husband if he paid more tans for me and he said no. Went in the third day, new girl and again free. So I just new one of my friends did it for me. When I came in that fourth day the girl working there dropped her broom stormed up to the front and asked me."Whats your name!?" When was the last time you paid? I told her a long time. What kind of tan do you want!? As I was tanning it downed on me maybe they werent free. If she was nice to me we could have solved the situation. Instead I am going to another nice place but out of my way. Kenna Elliott
