Stayed at this hotel weekend of April 25-27. Worst mistake ever! No TV remote,no coffee pot(when asked to get one it was broken),frozen waffles and cereal at breakfast(nothing hot served!) The kicker was the key card not working- not once,not twice but three different times!!!! Staff promised "the boss" would fix it after the first time. They should have at least offered something to make up for all the misery but no- nothing!! Would not recommend to my worse enemy! Since has to have at least 1 star to rate, that's what I'll give...deserves a minus 1!
Took a weekend trip from New Orleans to Arlington to enjoy Six Flags and Dave and Busters. After a nice long drive I was refreshed to find a nice clean room with a comfy bed. The staff was very polite and we could actually see Six Flags from the Room. Would definatly stay there again when we go.
