Well to say I am displeased is an understatement. I am NOT an account holder with this bank and was considering it because my paychecks come from this bank. I went in to the lobby 10 minutes before closing on Friday and attempted to cash my check. I showed ID and was given the runaround. I was asked to wait until she spoke with a supervisor. After a few minutes, I was asked if I could wait a few more moments and I said to forget it, thinking I could catch my bank open. I didn't. Monday morning, I stopped again, but of course, was refused service through the drive-thru. I don't understand why I was refused on Friday. Then, to top it off, my boss calls in on Monday to discuss this and they basically called me a liar! Saying I was never there on Friday! Meanwhile, my truck payment is latement now because I could not cash my hard earned check! Thank you for nothing Southwest, except the late fees on my truck and the wasted gas! The one star was required...not earned...by the way.
