hotel room was dirty and bathroom floor was nasty. wasn't cleaned good when service was done daily. Took 2 days for them to change the sheets that were clearly dirty. Pictures online are much better than reality. When i checked in and went to our room it stunk. When i called the front desk to see if i could change the room i was told i could go with my luggage downstairs and wait in the lobby to see if i could switch my room. I was unable to get a clear answer as to if switching was possible and couldn't get one. The only pleasant experience in my 6 night stay was the bellman that drove us in the shuttle from time to time. Lounge rates were extremely expensive and food @ breakfast buffet was old and cold. i will not be going back to this hotel.
