Business is personal at Royal Cup, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Since 1950, the company has been led by the Smith family. During that time, we have grown from a small, local coffee company to a national leader in the food service, hospitality, and office coffee industries. Although the business has grown to this level, our founding principles still remain: quality, integrity, social responsibility and profitable growth. Our corporate motto is “Serve Them Well,” and we strive to live it daily. It obviously means to serve our customers, but it also means to serve one another, our community and our world.
