      Used this company to lease 3 of my houses. These guys are awesome! Leased all 3 properties within a week. They adjusted rental rates and improved my return by 7-10%. Yes I was doing the lease work myself to save money. They handled everything. Great tenants and I will use them again! No fear of losing a tenant now that I have Ray and his team! Yes I called other companies and they used scare tactic's as their sales pitch. If you lease junk the other companies may help you. If your like me and want good service and good tenants hire Renters Warehouse. Steve Arlington TX
