Don and his team did a great job when they replace my roof in 2012. The job was huge, insurance did not want to pay but finally did. Our roof is steep with lots of cuts. Don made sure that all the mess was cleaned up, that there were no nails left in the yard, that good quality materials were used and the job was finished in less than three days. We have and will use them again.



Additional: Don and his crew rearranged jobs in order to help me get my deck built before my husband changed his mind! (-: Don did a great job, they were on time and delivered as promised at a much better cost than another quote that we received. Don worked with me ensuring that what I wanted was feasible and properly constructed. We really appreciate Don and his crew!!

Specifically, in her letter it expresses how happy and satisfied she is with the work that was done and Mr. Wester, specifically. As to this issue, we feel it is closed. We have refunded her money, and yes in two checks, we are a small business. If she has lost her two checks or choosen not to cash them, that is beyond our control. Again, her medical and mental issue would prevent any contractor to do work that would be to her satisfaction. She simply has the inability to make a choice and stick with that choice. If you read through her statements she is very conflicted and has a hard time remembering what she wrote from moment to moment. We feel sorry and our hearts go out for such a conflicted, confused woman and only wish her success in her pursuit of mental clarity and health. No one has taken advantage of her, and in 100% of our customers, money is never required to be paid in full until the job is completed and the customer is happy. Unfortunately, due to her own actions and inaction of making her home accessible on 23 different occasions, we were unable to do so. It is our constant goal to make our customers feel at ease and taken care of to our highest ability. We are done responding to frivolous and bogus reviews with Ms. Moss.

Ms. Moss has had a traumatic brain injury. As a result of this she has memory loss, indecisiveness and confusion.

We have worked with her and been personal friends of hers for over three years on various projects to much success. After her car crash her brain hasn't been the same by her own admission. We have tried hard to make every effort to please her but the forgetfulness and changing her mind on so many different occasions made it impossible to work with her. We have refunded her money after scheduling 20 different times to come over and complete the work then she would cancel the appointments which made it impossible to work with her. One day we would be told To wait and the next we would be asked why we didn't do something. It became very frustrating and put patience to the test. We feel very sorry for Her and hope she will continue to seek the medical care she needs. We have made every effort possible. We only wish peace and good will to her.

Back in October, 2012, I wrote a five-star rating review for work Don and his crew did in Stage 2 of our remodeling (see below) our 40+ year-old home...said we'd have him back. Well, Don and his crew from Wester Roofing, Metroplex Flooring (new granite countertops, especially Mike Spitzberg), and Miguel Mendoza of Angel's Cabinet Shop (alone he earns his own five-star++ rating) widened our galley kitchen one whole foot, added much needed electrical fixtures, installed new ceiling lighting along with under-cabinet counter lights, matching backsplash to compliment our appliances and much, much more.

Don sort of became the unofficial "Lead" of this project and did a splendid job.

To keep dust down they hung curtains of plastic and daily cleaned all debris so that our home was as livable as possible with minimal inconvenience one would expect with removing all cabinets, counters and appliances.

We are extremely proud of what Don Wester and his team has done for us and highly recommend them for any home project.

Now, what shall we have Don do next.....? New fence, new electric panel, perhaps redo our patio????

Outstanding work at reasonable costs. Working in conjunction with a recommended cabinet maker who built a whole wall bookcase and entertainment center, Don and his crew removed 40-year old panneling in our 22 x 20 foot family room, scrapped and retextured the celling and even did some additional nonspecified work without charge. Clean, courteous, professional, fair pricing and we will have him back for more projects.

Don and his crew were professional, timely, and did great roof work. The leak on the house has been giving us trouble for awhile now, so we're glad it is fixed, thank you!

Don has done a few projects for our home. He did an excellent job repairing & painting damage to some woodworking. It looks brand new. He is friendly and dependable. We would highly recommend Don and his company to anyone we know.

Every seven or eight years I have replaced my fence. This year was the first time I used Wester. It will not be the last. I will say this was the first time that someone walked me thru all the steps in what they would do and how these procedures would save me repair cost in the future. I was most impressed when they pointed out the littliest details and their work was excellent. They earn the five star rating.

Don and his crew have replaced windows,repaired gates and fencing,repaired a

roof leak and painted the stains from the leak. All the work was reasonably priced,

What a wonderful company! The staff are so professional. It is so nice to pick up the phone and call someone and they actually answer. Mr. Wester takes the time personally with his customers. You never feel like a number. And the roofing was so quick and efficient. They work with efficiency and complete professionalism. They not only took care of the roof they took care of all the water damage on the inside. They re-did my walls, textured and painted. What a great company! Highly recommended!

Don did an incredible job with my roof. The clean up was fantastic. They were so organized and incredibly professional. We had problems getting the insurance company to pay but he stuck with us and worked with the adjuster until I had a new roof! Thank you so much.
