Reconsider if you're planning to go here. Not even five mins after paying for it my nail lifted. I had to pick my kids up from school so after I got them home I went back to have them remove it. Told them I didn't have time for them to fix it and that I'm willing to try again at a later time and date. Asked them for a gift certificate since I was unsure when I can come in. The owner at this time shows up and refuse to work with me. She was extremely rude. Slamming her hand down on the table and straight up cussed me out. Thankfully she had other customers there who witness this whole exchange and for the record I was not rude nor was I loud. I didn't even ask for a refund. All I asked for was a gift certificate to use the next time I'm in the area. Threes no reason to be a complete bi**h about it. Is your company run it to the ground is you want cuz i can care less. I won't be coming back if that's how you're treating your clients. Now that part is it of the way. Here's the other reason why you should reconsider going to this place. 1. Unsanitary. Their tools WAS NOT in the sanitizer machine. Their tools was just laying out in rags. Man wish I saw that before I got my pedicure. 2. They don't clean thier nail drill after each use 3. Didn't see any license out. By regulations law its suppose to be out at EVERY station.4. What can I say. While I was getting my Pedicure there was a lady next to me yelling cuz they bled her while removing an ingrown nail she never had. Instead of giving her the treatments shes suppose to get should she bleed they gave her the eagle brand asian rubbing oil. .. 5. Didn't have the complaint sign anywhere. By Texas regulations law, you're suppose to have one in your store at all time in case your clients wish to make a complaint to regulations.Needless to say. Keep that 30 bucks. I enjoy going to different places and giving my 2 cents out to people. And places that I think shouldn't be open i have no issue what so ever with calling in to regulations and making a formal complaint. Yeah I might lose 30 bucks but your gonna get inspected and fine. Trust me Mrs. Slam my hand on table and cussing at people for no reason. In the end you got alot of fixing up to do to meet regulations standards. Many people don't know what to look for but I was in the business. I know what is right ands what is wrong. How you run thing is a no no. My warning is out there. Go to this place if you want a good chance of getting fungus.
