The irs2go mobile app says my dd is January 30 but I havent received my refund as of 12:07 p.m. This is unacceptable as I have used jackson Hewitt for 5 years and never experienced this before. I will be taking mine all my friends and families business else where next year. After all everyone does business where I tell them to go. I have always paid outrageous fees with Jackson Hewitt because of the trust and confidence I use to have in you all. Not anymore. Your customer service has went down and your reliability is no longer trustworthy.
