I built my home new about 15 years ago and had never heard of having your dryer vent cleaned.. My washer and dryer are about 7 years old but newer technology and I thought worked quite well until I EXPERIENCED THE DIFFERENCE. I have two long-hair furry cats and cat fur goes everywhere. Great company! The owner Jake and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer vent and fixing other problems related to our inefficient dryer vent. The staff was very courteous, prompt and kind. They kept me in the loop on all that they needed to do. They worked hard and had fair prices. I would recommend Home Safe Dryer Vent Cleaning to anyone that needed service. Easy to deal with, punctual, fairly priced, large service area, and Jacob is about as good a guy as you will find.

Our dryer went out and the repairman suggested we get our vents checked. Jacob did a great job explaining our problem and taking care of it. I had no idea it was so bad. Thanks for accommodating my work schedule too.
My wife reported the "damp but hot" symptoms with our dryer, and thankfully my web search for dryer vent cleaning pointed me right to HomeSafe. Jacob is honest, professional, and helpful. He came out promptly when scheduled. He removed the exhaust hose & inspected & took pictures, then went on roof & removed vent cap, inspected and took pictures. He then showed me that our vent was clear & did not need cleaning (it had been cleaned 2 years ago). I felt that his getting on the roof was worth something, but he refused to take a penny. He earned a future customer and lots of referrals today.
HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning did a great jobon my dryer vent. My clothes were taking forever to dry and my dryer was overheating. After seeing all of the lint and stuff that was clogging up my vent, I'm lucky my house didn't catch on fire! Jacob came out and cleaned out the vent promptly and his service was quick and efficient. We called Jacob from HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning after a load of clothes that normally only takes 30 mins to dry was taking close to two hours!! Jacob was very professional and friendly. Our clothes were taking too long to dry and the top of the dryer was very hot. I googled why this would be happening and learned a bit about lint clogged ducts. I found HomeSafe Professional and spoke with Jacob. He came to the house the next day and gave a free inspection and showed us the pictures of the clogged ducts. He explained what was needed and what he would be doing. Afterwards he showed pictures of the cleared duct and vent. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. A very pleasant person and a valuable service provided. Thank you!

I called Jacob with HomeSafe Vent Cleaning mid morning and he arrived the same day in the early afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by his promptness and was even more so elated with his demeanor and professionalism. He was very approachable and courteous. When it comes to service people in your home, it's always a bit of a gamble, but I was perfectly comfortable with his presence. He certainly seemed to know what he was doing and was in and out rather quickly but was also very thorough. He checked the vent end on the roof for debris, and begun working from the inside in the laundry room, removing the lint that had built up overtime. My dryer vent was filled with a considerable amount of lint and was limiting the efficiency of my dryer. Jacob was equipped with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner, a set of flexible rods (the likeness of large fishing poles), a ladder and an 18v cordless drill.
