You can not go wrong either bringing your vaccum to get repaired, or replacing an old one with a new one. I brought my vacuum in to get repaired today. When I took it to a competior's place, they were going to charge me $60, send it another city, and charge extra for repairs. Mr. O'Banion fixed my vaccum in less than two minutes, and charged me $0! You can tell he really has a good heart, and is in the business of helping people! Thanks Michael!

I purchased my Evans Riccar Immaculate Vacuum several years ago. I have truly enjoyed this vacuum along with the professional service provided by Evans on Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas. I will not trade my vacuum for another unless it's for the same up-graded model. I use my Riccar Immaculate Vacuum on a daily basis because I have two large dogs and they leave behind lots of hair.
