They called and asked you when you were making your payment and because they felt you were hesitant in giving them a time, they took it upon themselves to draft money out of your account. They didn't call to tell you what they were doing...what company does that? Be aware if you choose this company...they will hit your bank account without warning...This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with...they were rude..I will NEVER go to this company again!!!! I am still in shock as to how I was treated by Management and Staff! This company should be shut down...they are not the only loan place in the metroplex!!!
