John arrived at my house during the time that was promised. He was friendly, competent, tidy, and explained the repairs thoroughly. The repairs were completed quickly and reasonably. I will definitely call Alamo Door again and request John to do the service!

Fast, courteous service and even explained how to program the remote I bought. Able to set up easier then I expected once home. Look forward to working with them again.

I highly recommend Alamo Door & Awning if you want a well experienced and friendly service. (The serviceman Joe even remembered my dogs name from a year ago! Something you don't see everyday).
The service provided by Joe with Alamo Door & Awning was excellent. They installed quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Johney was professional from the moment he came to the door. He quickly looked over the door and equipment and assessed the situation. He gave us a quote that was almost exactly what the rep had given over the phone as a ball park range. He took worked with a coupon that he hadn';t seen before and we agreed on a price. He worked quickly and safely. In no time the springs were replaced, he noted that the bearing looked good so took that off the quote. He answered questions and made suggestions on how we can make the door seal tighter. We could not be more pleased! Courteous, honest and cheerful makes him a great man to represent your company in the field.
