I wanna thank tito and his team for helping me with my transmission needs,he was very proffesional,offer to pick up my car, explain me the different options i had and financial aid was available if i needed,he kept me inform while fixing my vehicle,service was great and he gave me free 12months/12,000 miles warranty with my repairs......I strongly recommend abram transmission to anybody with transmission problems....keep up the good work guys and thank you very much.

Stay away from this place. Had to go back repeatedly for "shop errors" on my "rebuilt transmisson". Finally took my car to a certified mechanic and they told me that the issue that I took my car to Abrams for didnt even have anything to do with the transmission. There was coolant leaking from a rusted out anti-freeze plug on the back of the engine and was dripping onto the transmission. Abrams took my money anyway and played me for a fool. What comes around goes around. And FYI to all of you who go off internet reviews, If a company has been around for awhile they would have more than just few ratings... On YP you cant erase one review at a time, you have to erase all reviews and start over to cover up the bad reviews.

From The Time I Called Till I Paid My Bill The Treatment I Recieved Was Like No Other Shop I've Ever Been To and What I Mean By That Is When I First Talked To Them On The Phone I Had a Feeling Of Comfort and Relaxation I've Never Felt When I Called Somewhere To Get A Price On Something I thought And Was Told By Other Shops I Needed.I was Prepared And Was Expecting to Pay Was around $1,000. But When I got to the Shop To Drop My Car Off Filled Out The Paper Work And Sat Down it Was Only A Couple Of Minutes Went By And The Rental Car Showed Up and Before I Got Back To The Rental Place My Cell Phone Rang and It Was The Shop I Just Left They Told Me They Had Found The Problem To Not Rent The Car it Wasn't Needed cause My Car Was Fixed and Ready To Go.Of Coarse I thought Something Might Be Up But When I got Back To Their Shop They Told Me the Reason My Transmission Wasn't Shifting it Had a Fuse Blown And The Reason It Had Blown Was a Wire Was Unhooked From The Back And They Reconnected It and Everything Went Back to Normal,Believe Me It Just Makes You Wonder Is There Still Honest People In This World and Abram Transmissions Made a Believer Out Of Me Again That There Is Still Good,Honest Shops To Go To If You Know Where They Are.

After My Experiences With So Many Other Shops in The Past It Was Such A Relief To Find One That I Felt Comfortable Enough To Leave My Vehicle With Someone So Nice As David.There Technicians Were So Knowledgable They Found A Vacumn Line Was My Only Problem And Replaced It For Free.So If I ever Have Any Issues With My Transmission I Know Where I'm Going Back To Abram Transmission in Arlington.And I Thanked My Friend For His Recommendation on Where I Would Be Treated Right and With Honesty.
