Working with Sandy has helped me understand myself in ways that other therapy did not, and the effects and changes have been deep and long-lasting. She has always demonstrated a great deal of patience and compassion in our sessions.

bad therapist. i guess not everyone graduates at the top of their class!

Dr Dixon is a nervous woman who gets angry very easily. Dr Dixon misrepresented herself as a competent and experienced trauma therapist, but clearly is not. My experience with this practicioner was strange and hurtful. I was rudely terminated by phone with no prior notice, and Dr Dixon neglected to provide me with referrals for continuing therapy with another practicioner. Dr Dixon is unprofessional, unethical, unskilled, and unkind. I am considering action against her licensure as I don't believe someone of such low quality should be working as a therapist.
