This bank has the best customer service I've come across! Everyone there seems to genuinely care about me every time I go in. I don't go inside that often but they all remember my name and say hello when I do go in. As for the other individual's negative review regarding their website, I don't think they can post rates for "investment products" as I think they were referred to. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities change so often, you really need to go in and talk to someone face to face which I actually did a couple years back. I THINK her name may have been Bonnie and she was extremely helpful, smart, and courteous even though I didn't end up going that direction. I am employed in a different facet of the financial world and Village Bank & Trust is getting the whole experience right on in my opinion. I have also visited their new downtown Des Plaines location a few times (being that it is pretty close to my work) and they are EXCELLENT as well. Keep up the great work!

I drive past this bank regularly, and was interested in investment rates. Evidently the website is very new, becaue I couldn't find any kind of rates or information. Please put complete info on before you put up a website.
