I chose Billba flooring because Ovi took the time to help me to understand the options and to choose hardwood flooring that I was completely right for my needs and decor. Also I found Ovi to be easy to contact, prompt about returning phone calls and very responsible in moving the project along. The quality of the work on my flooring is excellent and Ovi was very willing to return to do touch up work to make sure that I was completely satisfied.

I contacted this company for an estimate to replace and repair existing hardwood floors. They were only able to make it out in the middle of the day during the week so I took of some time from work to accommodate their schedule. They never showed, nor did they answer their phone. When I finally got a hold of him later in the week, this response was simply 'oh yeah, I forgot to write that on my calendar ... when would you like to reschedule". Yeah ... I don't think so chief.Also it is interesting to note that there is a positive review about this company almost every month, and almost every review is written the same way. Makes me wonder if they are all the same person.

I bid the job and ended up selecting Ovi and his team, the wood floor install in our second floor and full staircase look great. Couple of Key points.Every time I called Ovi ... He called me back may not sound like much but trust me it is.Ovi is a man of his word and doing the job right is important.I have had Ovi back for some minor touch up after the job, and he came back made some minor corrections and even did it with a smile.

Ovi and Daniel did an excellent job of creating two back splashes with our glass and slate tiles. We were going to try to do the job ourselves but decided to hire it out. We are so glad we did! Ovi and crew installed oak flooring and cleaned and buffed another room in our new place. We were offsite during the installation and Ovi kept us informed at every step. The job was done before a competitor even returned my call for a quote. Beautiful work and great service.

Ovi and his crew were out standing. We put in new hard wood in one room, they match the wood perfectly with the remaining floor, stained the whole down stairs of the house. Looks perfect. I was impressed with Ovi from the moment I met him. From the very start of our project when he met me to review the projects we had in mind, I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Everyone on his team is courteous and timely and they completed our projects exactly within the timeframe they estimated. Ovi and his team came into my home and transformed my stairs into a work of art. My carpeting in the family room was torn out, two sets of stairs were torn out and rebuilt and the floor in the family room replaced was all done in one day with quality workmanship. Ovi and his crew were very professional, showed up on the day that they planned and got the job done faster than expected. On top of that the price was very reasonable and he did an excellent job on our hardwood and ceramic floors. Their attention to detail was very impressive. We had somewhat of a unique situation where we wanted to refinish our existing hardwood floor and then replace carpeting on the same level with hardwood. Other flooring companies that I talked to didn't want to do the work because they were worried that the new hardwood and the refinished hardwood wouldn't match when everything was completed. Ovi and his crew did such an excellent job that you cannot tell the difference between the refinished floor and the newly installed hardwood. I've had the chance to work with Billba Flooring on two housing projects that have both exceeded my expectations. A few months ago, I had several contractors come to my house to see if they could put a pocket door into a curved wall of a bedroom. When everyone else told me no, Ovi and his team said yes. They not only figured out a way to make it happen, but executed it flawlessly so it seems like the door has always been a part of the house. Ovi also put in a glass-tile back splash in my kitchen. The work required a lot of detail, including tile cutting, fitting the pattern, etc. Ovi did a wonderful job and we're so pleased with how it turned out! When I decide to tackle my floors, he'll be my first and only call. He is a true professional, with great recommendations, and more importantly, great solutions.

Billba flooring was actually outbid by a competitor for the main floor wood floor work in my home. However, I went with Billba because of the patience and attention to detail that Ovi showed during the estimate visit. The work was done at an honest price and done with the goal of customer satisfaction in mind. After the initial sand, we decided the dining room was beyond salvage and Ovi rearranged his schedule to work the demolition and install a new floor with a seamless transition to the rest of the house. After everything was completed, my wife found a rough patch in a remote area and Ovi was back the next day to hand buff the area and make it right. Very pleased with the work and the concern for customer satisfaction. We have some flooring work to do in our basement. When we work the budget for it, Billba flooring will be at the top of our list to call for an estimate.

Even at the end, we decided to have baseboards put in our kitchen, and it was not a problem. Price was, we were very happy as well. One last thing that was remarkable was his patience with me in selecting a stain choice. We initially picked Provencial, but when it went on the floor, it wasn't the color I was looking for. Ovi, showed me chestnut, and for us, it was a bit too brown. I asked Ovi what would be one more tint in

Just had my hardwood floor installed in a pretty large family room, kitchen and eating area. All details were taken care of by Ovi and his crew. The wood was scribed around the fireplace as if it was there before the stone was set. Ovi took the time to explain any concerns I had about the wood, the thresholds and how the door trim would be cut. This man is a true professional and I would highly recommend him. (I am very hard to please and don't like workers in my house due to the fear of ruining something else.....this crew respected my home like their own.)
