I just brought in my 13 year old leather jacket which has never been cleaned before to John Pavlis. When I got to the door I had to be let in and I was greeted by a gentle man who seemed to be very knowledgable, and he was very helpful. He walked me through the process and what I should expect to see when I picked up the jacket. Needless to say when I went to pick the jacket up I was very pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable in compared to other establishments where I was quoted as much as $125.00. The jacket was picked up on the day they promised to have it done. It was a great experience and I would not have any problems in recommended them to friends and family, and it goes without saying that I would go back to them.
