I needed service for my furnace in the middle of winter and I called Paragon for help. Kevin the owner said he would have a technician out the next day. The tech who came was extremely knowledgeable and he fixed everything in less then two hours!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and they will now be the only people I call.

The guys at Paragon Mechanical are top notch. We had them come out to bid on installing radiant floor heating & cooling. The cost for the job was very reasonable and exactly what they said it would be. They completed the job in an expedient manner and the tech was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The guys at Paragon Mechanical, Inc. are awesome! They fixed my tank-less water heater and it has never run better. I had a noise coming from the water heater that two other companies charged me to fix and frankly did nothing. Then Tim from Paragon came out. He immediately took the water heater apart, diagnosed the problem and then fixed it in a very timely manner. I have used Paragon Mechanical Inc since 2009 for all my heating, cooling needs and more. They also installed a non battery backup sump pump that uses the cold water pressure to pump water out, and it works great. Paragon has always done a great job. The times there has been some issues they are very quick to respond. When they have done work in my house I was seldom there, and they have always left everything in good order. I would highly recommend this company.

The furnace in my house stopped working. I called Four Seasons and when the technician arrived he checked my furnace and stated that the circuit board was bad. He said that it was a $200 part. I called Paragon Mechanical for a second opinion and their technician diagnosed the problem to be a $16 sensor and not the circuit board. It seems that these guys actually check everything instead of just throwing parts at the problem. I highly recommend Paragon Mechanical.

Hired this contractor to try and repair a broken tankless hot water heater. When unable to repair my old unit, allowed them to replace it with a NEW Noritz. After getting paid in full Paragon claimed that they had to come back because they ran out of parts and had to rework some of their installation. GUESS WHAT? After scheduling appointments, the vendor never showed up (missed days at work)......I had also since began having problems with the NEW tankless hot water heater that they installed. Paragon wanted to hold me hostage by telling me it would cost another $650 to repair their installation!!!! What a RIP OFF. On top of it this contractor refuses to give me an invoice for the work completed. WATCH WHERE YOU ARE STEPPIN' AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You know the type....There are much better professional knowlegeable companies to choose from. I had to contact the water heater manufacturer for assistance which is pending..........
