New and improved medical devices designed to prolong and improve the quality of life for heart patients have revolutionized medical cardiac management throughout the country. The increased number of heart surgeries utilizing heart implant devices has also led to an increase in related device failures. Many of these flawed or defective heart devices have been recalled, but not before causing heart attacks, related catastrophic injuries, or wrongful death. If you have been injured or someone you know has died as a result of a defective heart implant device, you need experienced legal representation.
