"I work with clients to empower and gain resiliency and optimism back in their life. Sitting and working with the client at their pace, and helping them find their inner strength to overcome challenges and hardship. I conduct therapy using a multifaceted lens and look at various intersectionality of their identities as well as my own identities in a therapy session. The goal of therapy is to navigate with the client and make sure they feel safe, secure, and comfortable and helping them achieve second-order change in their life."
